1. Click the “Manage Accounts” icon on the top right of your screen, just to the right of the “Filters” menu.

2. Under “Call Tracking Tools,” choose “Manage Phone Numbers.”
3. You will see a list of all the phone numbers you have. Choose the one you would like to manage/edit by clicking on its name or number.
4. Once you click on the phone number, you can see all the settings associated with it. You can change the name or description of the phone number by typing in the corresponding box and clicking “Save Phone Details” when you are done.
5. You can also change the behavior of the phone number. This includes the phone number to which it forwards. Write the new number in the “Destination Number” box. Click “Update Forwarding Number” to save the changes. The forwarding becomes active instantaneously.
6. In addition, select the type of Greeting from the drop-down menu. This is the greeting that indicates that the phone call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes.
7. To change whether the phone calls to this number are recorded or not, click on the icon of headphones. It will change from red to black depending on whether the recording status. This feature allows you to gain further information about the quality of the inbound calls.
8. Finally, you can enter a caller ID override. This is the number/code which will be displayed as the caller ID on your company’s phone machines when there is an incoming call to the number being managed. This makes it easier to predict what the phone call is about and to respond accordingly by forwarding it to the right person in the company or by providing the appropriate information. Generally, you should make up a system of codes to use for caller ID override. Click “Update Caller ID” to save it.
9. You can also cancel a number in a few seconds. Just click “Cancel Number” at the bottom of the Manage Phone Number (xxx) xxx-xxx page.
